We are always committed to providing you with a high-quality shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to apply for a return or exchange within the following policy guidelines.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

I. ⏰ Order Cancellation

  • 🕐You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the items have not yet been shipped.
  • 🚚If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

II.📅 After-Sales Service Period

  • ⚠️If you receive a defective/damaged/incorrect item, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
  • 📦You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date the logistics tracking shows "Delivered".
  • ❗ Requests submitted beyond these timeframes cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

III. 📞How to Apply for Returns & Exchanges

  • 📝 Step 2: Provide your Order Number, Contact Email, and a description of the issue.
  • 📸 Step 3: Include photos of the item (showing the problem and packaging) to speed up the process.
  • 📬 Step 4: After review, we will email you the return address and instructions.

IV. ✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • 👚 Unused: No wear, washing, or damage.
  • 🏷️ Tags Attached: All original tags and labels intact.
  • 📦 Original Packaging: Including dust bags, gift boxes, etc.
  • Good Condition: Free of stains, odors, or alterations.
  • 🚫 Items not meeting these criteria may be refused. Thank you for understanding.

V. 🔄 Return & Exchange Process

🔄 Return for Refund:

  • 📞 Contact customer service to apply.
  • 📨 Submit your order info and item photos.
  • Get Approved and receive return instructions.
  • 📤 Ship the item back (you cover shipping costs).
  • 💸 Receive Refund within 3 days of inspection.

🔄 Exchange for Another Item:

  • 📞 Contact customer service to request an exchange.
  • 📏 Provide the new size/color you want.
  • 📦 We Ship the replacement after stock confirmation.

VI. 💳 Refund Instructions

  • ⏱️ Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • 💳 Credit Card: Refund posted in 7 business days (varies by bank).
  • 📊 PayPal: Refund credited to your account within 48 hours.

VII. ⚠️ Return Shipping & Costs

  • 💳 Customer-Paid: You cover return shipping, taxes, and customs fees.
  • 🚚 Trackable Shipping Required: Keep your tracking number safe.
  • 🚫 No COD: We do not accept "cash on delivery" returns.

Important Notes

  • 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Customized goods, intimate apparel, and clearance items may be final sale (as marked).
  • 👀 Check Before Mailing: We are not responsible for non-company products sent to us.
