What are pre-orders?

When our design team creates new collections, the designs are brand new and the fabrics need to be custom made, so it takes longer from production to sale. Pre-orders usually get you the latest apparel design, while usually taking two more weeks to get the order.

Cancellation of a pre-order

You can contact us to cancel your pre-order anytime before it shipped out. If we fail to ship the order within two weeks, we will contact you to replace the stock item or cancel your order to get full refund.

 

Special note

When the hot-selling product is out of stock, or the new design cannot be delivered within a week, the product status will also be maintained as a pre-sale product.
